This website is operated by Ryware. You can reach us at contact@ryware.dev regarding privacy questions, data requests, or complaints about how personal data is handled.

Ryware provides software-development and consulting services. This policy applies to information collected through ryware.dev and the contact channels linked from the site.

What data we collect

• Contact details and message content that you voluntarily submit through the contact form, such as your name, email address, company name, service interest, and project details.
• Basic technical request data, such as IP-address-adjacent connection metadata, browser details, referrer information, and timestamps that hosting, CDN, security, or email providers may process to keep the site available and secure.
• Basic server and security information that may be generated by hosting or infrastructure providers to keep the site available and secure.
• Aggregated, cookieless usage statistics collected through Vercel Web Analytics, such as page paths, referrers, approximate country, device type, and browser. Visits are counted using a hash derived from request data that rotates regularly, so no persistent identifier is stored on your device and individual visitors are not profiled.
• Product-analytics data collected through Microsoft Clarity, but only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, referrer, device, browser, operating system, approximate location derived from your IP address, and a replay of your interaction with the pages you visit. Clarity's masking is applied so that text you type into form fields is not captured in recordings.

How we use personal data

• To respond to inquiries, evaluate requested services, and continue a conversation you started.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
• To measure aggregate site traffic and understand which pages visitors find useful, using cookieless analytics that does not track you across other sites.
• To review service requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery issues, and maintain site security and availability.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect Ryware, visitors, and third parties from misuse.
• With your consent, to understand how the site is actually used through session replays and heatmaps, so we can see which sections are read, where navigation breaks down, and which pages need clearer content.

Third-party processors and integrations

The contact form on this site submits data directly to Web3Forms when you send a message. That means the information you enter is processed by Web3Forms in addition to Ryware.

Ryware may also rely on hosting, CDN, DNS, security, and email providers that process limited technical data as part of delivering and protecting the site and communications.

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, or building profiles of individual visitors. No advertising trackers are loaded on this site.

If you contact Ryware outside the form, the email or messaging provider you use may also process the information you send under its own policies.

If you accept cookies, this site also loads Microsoft Clarity, a product-analytics service that records page interactions and builds heatmaps. Clarity sets cookies on your device and transfers the collected data to Microsoft, which processes it under its own privacy statement. Clarity is not loaded, and nothing is written to your device by it, unless you accept.

• Web3Forms: processes submitted contact-form data to route inquiries to Ryware.
• Vercel: hosts and delivers this site and provides Vercel Web Analytics, which processes request metadata to produce aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics.
• Hosting, CDN, DNS, and security providers: process limited request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
• Email providers: may process business communications after you contact Ryware.

Legal bases, retention, and sharing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, Ryware generally relies on legitimate interests for site security, service operation, abuse prevention, and aggregate audience measurement, and on pre-contractual or contractual necessity when you ask about services.

Ryware keeps contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, maintain business records, and resolve disputes. Limited technical logs are retained according to the operational and security practices of the providers that process them.

Microsoft Clarity operates on the basis of your consent alone. You can give or withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the site footer. Withdrawing it stops further collection and removes the Clarity cookies from your browser.

• Analytics data is held only in aggregate form by Vercel, for the retention period of Ryware's Vercel plan, and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
• Ryware does not sell personal information for money.
• Ryware may disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights, or during a business reorganization.
• Clarity interaction data and session replays are held by Microsoft for the retention period that applies to the Clarity service. Ryware does not use them for advertising and does not sell them.

International transfers and your rights

Ryware serves visitors from multiple countries, and third-party providers may process data outside your home jurisdiction. Cross-border processing may therefore occur.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal data. To exercise a request, contact contact@ryware.dev.

Security, children, and updates

Ryware uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to reduce risk, but no website or transmission channel can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

This site is not directed to children, and Ryware does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

Ryware may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
