Dagster is an orchestration platform for the development, production, and observation of data assets. Dagster as a productivity platform: With Dagster, you can focus on running tasks, or you can identify the key assets you need to create using a declarative approach. Embrace CI/CD best practices from the get-go: build reusable components, spot data quality issues, and flag bugs early. Dagster as a robust orchestration engine: Put your pipelines into production with a robust multi-tenant, multi-tool engine that scales technically and organizationally. Dagster as a unified control plane: The ‘single plane of glass’ data teams love to use. Rein in the chaos and maintain control over your data as the complexity scales. Centralize your metadata in one tool with built-in observability, diagnostics, cataloging, and lineage. Spot any issues and identify performance improvement opportunities.

Robot Framework is a generic open source automation framework. It can be used for test automation and robotic process automation (RPA). Robot Framework is supported by Robot Framework Foundation. Many industry-leading companies use the tool in their software development. Robot Framework is open and extensible. Robot Framework can be integrated with virtually any other tool to create powerful and flexible automation solutions. Robot Framework is free to use without licensing costs. Robot Framework has an easy syntax, utilizing human-readable keywords. Its capabilities can be extended by libraries implemented with Python, Java or many other programming languages. Robot Framework has a rich ecosystem around it, consisting of libraries and tools that are developed as separate projects.

Tactical RMM is a remote monitoring & management tool, built with Django and Vue. It uses an agent written in golang and integrates with MeshCentral. Demo database resets every hour. A lot of features are disabled for obvious reasons due to the nature of this app. Teamviewer-like remote desktop control. Real-time remote shell. Remote file browser (download and upload files). Remote command and script execution (batch, powershell and python scripts). Event log viewer. Services management. Windows patch management. Automated checks with email/SMS alerting (cpu, disk, memory, services, scripts, event logs). Automated task runner (run scripts on a schedule). Remote software installation via chocolatey. Software and hardware inventory.

ZK is an open-source Java framework for building modern web and mobile applications. It enables developers to create rich, interactive UIs using only Java — no JavaScript required. With 200+ Ajax-powered components, event-driven architecture, and support for popular technologies like Spring, Java EE, and JSP/JSF, ZK makes it simple to deliver powerful and user-friendly web applications.

Kalliope is a modular always-on voice-controlled personal assistant designed for home automation. Kalliope is a framework that will help you to create your own personal assistant. The concept is to create the brain of your assistant by attaching an input signal (vocal order, scheduled event, MQTT message, GPIO event, etc..) to one or multiple actions called neurons. You can create your own Kalliope bot, by simply choosing and composing the existing neurons without writing any code. But, if you need a particular module, you can write it by yourself, add it to your project, and propose it to the community. Kalliope can run on all Linux Debian-based distributions including a Raspberry Pi and its multi-lang. The only thing you need is a microphone.

The Miasm intermediate representation is used for multiple task: emulation through its jitter engine, symbolic execution, DSE, program analysis, but the intermediate representation can be a bit hard to read. We will present in this article new tricks Miasm has learned in 2018. Among them, the SSA/Out-of-SSA transformation, expression propagation and high-level operators can be joined to “lift” Miasm IR to a more human-readable language. We use graphviz to illustrate some graphs. Its layout does not always totally conform with a reverse engineering “ideal view”, so please be tolerant of those odd graphs. Miasm is not the first tool to implement this feature. But, well, as the tool already had everything needed to implement DSE, it was just a matter of time before these features landed in the main branch.

SIGAR (System Information Gatherer and Reporter) is a cross-platform, cross-language library and command-line tool for accessing operating system and hardware level information in Java, Perl and .NET.

The purpose of the project is to develop a portable programming framework that facilitates distributed and multi-threaded programming for C++, Java, and Python. MADARA was originally developed as an agent-based middleware specifically for real-time, distributed artificial intelligence, but is now more general purpose for distributed timing, control, knowledge and reasoning, and quality-of-service. MADARA is composed of several tools and middleware, and the main entry point into the system is the Knowledge and Reasoning Language (KaRL) Engine, which provides a real-time scripting language for nanosecond execution times hooked into a flexible transport layer for distributed reasoning. The KaRL engine also supports object-oriented C++, Java, and Python programming through Containers, classes that provide abstractions and references for variable location within the KaRL Knowledge Base. This project is currently in process of being ported from http://madara.googlecode.com.

RPyC, or Remote Python Call, is a transparent and symmetrical python library for remote procedure calls, clustering and distributed-computing.

A cross-platform Python Bluetooth API for Mac OS X, GNU/Linux and Python For Series 60. Provides simple device and service discovery, RFCOMM sockets, L2CAP client sockets, OBEX file transfer, service advertising, and access to local device information.

A Python-Based Distributed Runtime System for Cloud Computing.

Using this plugin-based framework, you can instantly start working on the *brain* of your bot (irc bot, chatterbot, robot, ...). With support for db, irc, logging and programming-language independent plugins, users can easily enhance the functionality.

Belay Device has moved! https://github.com/BelayTechnologies/Belay-Device

Contains a framework for Coldfire MCUs like 52254. The framework supports a Command Line Interface (CLI) that may work from Serial port, USB or ENET. The framework uses Processor Expert and IDE requirement is MCU Eclipse 10.4 from Freescale. Includes the FunkOS Realtime Operating System by Funkenstein Software Consulting, available at http://funkos.sourceforge.net Mainly it is a support package for the development board Perseus, but I have ported also the RTOS to MCF52233DEMO board. More to come....

This project allow to test network availability on multiple nodes. It is built as a plugin architecture in order to use it on multiples networks. Test is based on three steps : module status, local visibility of network, and interconnection between nodes

Digital Preservation Software Platform (DPSP) consists of a number of open source products such as Xena and Digital Preservation Recorder. This installs and configures the complete platform for preserving digital records - just install and use! NO LONGER MAINTAINED, NO LONGER SUPPORTED

An extensible network forensic analysis framework. Enables rapid development of plugins to support the dissection of network packet captures. This is a major framework update to Dshell. Plugins written for the previous version are not compatible with this version, and vice versa. By extension, dpkt and pypcap have been replaced with Python3-friendly pypacker and pcapy (respectively). Enables development of external plugin packs, allowing the sharing and installation of new, externally-developed plugins without overlapping the core Dshell libraries. Plugins can now use all output modules, available to the command line switch, -O. That does not mean every output module will be useful to every plugin (e.g. using netflow output for a plugin that looks at individual packets), but they are available.

Entangled is a distributed hash table (DHT) and peer-to-peer tuple space, based on Kademlia. It is written in Python, and makes use of the Twisted framework. This can be used as a base for creating peer-to-peer (P2P) network applications.

Etch is a cross-platform, language- and transport-independent framework for building and consuming network services. With Etch, service development and consumption becomes no more difficult than library development and consumption.
